Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want every customer to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy designed to protect your purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

• ✔ You do not receive your order.
• ✔ Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery period of 45 business days (excluding our 1–3 business day processing time).
• ✔ The product you receive is significantly different from its description.

Refund Exclusions

Refund requests may not be approved under the following circumstances:

• ✖ An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout.
• ✖ Delivery was prevented due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Easy Returns

We also offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a replacement or refund.

Returned items must be sent back at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
